Cleanup, by its nature, is typically a reaction to an unpleasant event. However, bio-hazard cleanup is a more extensive problem because it often poses some degree of risk to health or life safety. Our bio-hazard clean-up services are based on two fundamental principles; a highly trained professional work force and powerful high level disinfectant products.

Before any work begins, approval from the local authorities is secured, insuring the scene has been released of any legal issues. All of our technicians are trained to follow all CDC (Center for Disease Control) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards for the handling and decontamination of blood-borne pathogens and other biological agents. Our teams always wear the appropriate level of protective clothing, including eye and respiratory protection, and are trained to be thorough and discreet. Company vehicles are fully equipped and have removable company name placards to avoid unwanted attention. All supplies, equipment and chemical disinfectants are included in the service. Whether biological or clean-up related, any and all contaminated materials will be properly packaged and removed from the scene.

Comprehensive decontamination starts with the quality of the disinfectant agents applied. We only use EPA registered intermediate level products, applied to inanimate surfaces by direct contact or through aerosolized micro-misting. Our primary disinfection solution is "Opti-Cide³", (EPA Register # 70144-1) a virocidal, bactericidal disinfection solution that is 100% effective against Swine Flu, MRSA, TB, Hepatitis, HIV (AIDS).
